TOBIAS TRAUTMANN

Hello, I’m Tobias Trautmann (*1989), a Berlin-based designer and artist. My development has been shaped by a combination of studies in transport design, product design, and art, as well as through close collaboration with outstanding professionals:

Prof. Nils Krüger, CEO of büro+staubach, with whom I worked intensively during my studies at the Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin, particularly on my master’s thesis, KOKON (2020).
Murat Günak, former Head of Design at Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz, during my time as a studentemployee at ONOmotion (2018 – 2019).
Johann König, gallery owner, during my role as gallery manager at König Galerie (2024 – 2025).

Since 2021, I have been working as a freelance designer. Alongside client projects, I develop independent work exploring the intersection of design and art.
