INFORMATION

I’m Tobias Trautmann, a interdisciplinary designer based in Berlin. I transform ideas into reality, guiding projects with flexibility, clarity, and direct exchange. Without unnecessary detours.

My expertise spans from communication and graphic design to product and industrial design, as well as transportation, interior, public design, and architectural concepts.

My development was shaped by a combination of my studies in transport and product design, as well as by collaboration with outstanding professionals: Prof. Nils Krüger, CEO of büro+staubach, with whom I collaborated intensively during my studies at the Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin and especially my master’s thesis. Murat Günak, former Head of Design at Volkswagen and former head of design at Mercedes-Benz, during my student job at ONOmotion.

In addition to client projects, I also pursue personal projects, that range from solution-oriented approaches to current challenges, to speculative projects addressing critical design questions, and artistic explorations within design.
