The Waterworld envisions how human life might adapt if sea levels continue to rise, as already evident in places like the Netherlands. It shows futuristic, oil-rig-like structures equipped with landing platforms, wind turbines, and lush greenery. At the same time, it raises a question: would such islands be accessible to all layers of society, or only to a privileged few?
